Movie #Sairat
I knew it was directed by Nagraj Manjule.. i had seen fandry and to overcome from the movie it took time. when i saw trailer on youtube, i thought i all that sad love story and it will hurt more like fandry when you watch it.
i waited for a week to see people's reaction , everyone was stunned after watching the same. I could not stop myself and went alone to watch it on sunday.
its been a week and i am still as stunned as they were. i cant come out that complete story, what a beautiful portrayal of love story!
i belong from sahyadri mountains.. we speak the same marathi language in village which movie showcased. i never thought it would make such appeal on theatre. all the marathi movie had used this kind of slan marathi language, till now it sounded very theatrical or acting based..
Nagraj Sir, has beautifully placed the language within characters and the village. while watching movie you feel like you in the actual village. the art is done meticulously.
from prince name plate on bullet to book of actors in college. from jingat dance to the original love, everything is shown how we always visualised. the best part is whatever shown was never hyped...
You feel so much heaviness in your heart when you watch the last moments of film.
i still get goose bumps when i think about last 3 minutes.
this is my perspective , what is yours ??
